Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact our customer care team with your order details and the item you'd like instead.
